From Monday to Thursday (as long we don't have an event this days) we will have a regular checkup to the restrooms every 30 to 45 minutes - from Friday to Sunday we will have a porter positioned on the restrooms for the whole day. This way we can control the quality a lot better.

Security Creactiva performs standard employment screening (including criminal background investigation).

Porter Assignment list is as tool for on site managers and employees to control times, breaks and special assignments for the day.

Porter Cycle Logs; Every day we have porters walking the center;
monitoring the trash cans and debris from the customers. Every time they finish a cycle they need to put the times on. Our goal is to do at least 4 cycles by day.

On-call service for after-hours emergencies, ensuring that your cleaning needs are met promptly and efficiently, no matter the time.

Every day the closing supervisor, will create a quality control
inspection sheet, stating the shape we are leaving the center
at the end of the day, this will work as guideline for the next day assignments; and the areas we need to improve.
